Burnley midfielder Jack Cork was delighted with Saturday's win over Wolves.

The Clarets moved five points clear of the drop zone thanks to the 2-0 victory.

Cork said: "It was a proper performance from us.

"That's what we're good at, that's how we play, that's how we do things and we make it hard for teams, especially when they come here.

"That was how we should play and that is how we do play a lot of the time.

"We were hoping, with a big week ahead of them, that they might be distracted going in to the game.

"They play some good stuff at times but we always wanted to make it hard for them and we did."
