Burnley are making a new move for Chelsea fullback Ian Maatsen.
Maatsen spent last season on-loan with Burnley, helping them win promotion back to the Premier League.
The Holland U21 defender has impressed for Chelsea in preseason.
And the left-back has talked up the prospect of staying with Chelsea and proving himself.
But with the Dutchman out of contract next summer, Burnley hope to agree a £10million fee plus extras.
