Burnley defender Michael Keane has taken a swipe at former Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal.
Keane was bombed out by Van Gaal at United two years ago.
The 24-year-old has revealed why Sean Dyche's methods are more 'constructive' than Van Gaal's.
“We do a lot of back-four work and every eight or nine games I'll have a debrief in the gaffer's office: details, like he's seen a cross go over my head and I've turned too slowly to face the second ball," Keane told The Sunday Times.
“He's obsessed with distances between defenders. He doesn't mind mistakes. As a young centre-half you can't be perfect straight away.
“I'm still learning. Even last week against [Romelu] Lukaku I made mistakes.
“[Dyche] shows you what you can do better but won't cane you in front of the lads. It all feels constructive. A bit different to Van Gaal."
