Burnley striker Charlie Austin is likely to be sidelined for the remainder of the campaign after undergoing surgery on his appendix.
The Clarets' leading scorer was diagnosed with appendicitis earlier this week and has since had his appendix removed.
Austin, who has scored a total of 28 goals this season, is almost certain not to play a part in Burnley's final three matches of the Championship campaign as they look to stave off relegation.
