Hull City boss Steve Bruce insists Maynor Figueroa can have a future with the KC.

The fullback is currently on-loan with Wigan Athletic.

"Maynor needed to go out and play," said Bruce. "We decided to let him go out to Wigan and that should do him the world of good.

"He just needed to be playing games again. He's at that age and it was a good fit.

"With us playing wing-backs, that change in shape has made it difficult for him."
