Hull City chairman Adam Pearson has praised manager Phil Brown for the way he has handled the pressure in recent weeks.
Pearson says he was impressed by his manager's tactics - and the way he conducted himself - throughout Sunday's vital 2-1 win over Stoke City.
"He seemed to get all the major decisions right, on the team selection, the substitutions and match-day preparation," Pearson told the Hull Daily Mail.
"Under such a spotlight that wasn't easy and I thought he handled himself very well."
