Everton have been encouraged in their pursuit of St Etienne striker Denis Bouanga.

Everton boss Carlo Ancelotti is targeting Bouanga for this summer market and his younger brother Didier, also a pro playing in France, says it's time for him to move.

He told Ouest France, "Obviously, he dreams of playing the World Cup with our country, Gabon.

"But he also dreams of playing in the Champions League. I told him it's time, he has to go to a club that plays the Champions League.

"Maybe next year, we'll see. The important thing is that he continues to progress like this!"
