Arsenal's new signing Jurrien Timber could have seen his unveiling upstaged by his own brother.

The Ajax centr half is likely to sign on the dotted line for the Gunners in the coming week.

His brother Shamier leaked his Arsenal transfer unveiling on social media over the weekend.

He shared a photo of a farewell party for Timber, where he is superimposed onto an Arsenal shirt.

The post had the caption "Jurrien's goodbye party. See you in the streets of London" along with the photo.

It has since been deleted, but Arsenal are likely to be less than pleased to see an official announcement upstaged in such a manner.
