Brisbane Roar will show no mercy to A-League strugglers North Queensland Fury tonight.
They are the sentiments of Roar coach Ange Postecoglou who wants his league-leading side to fire up before the finals start next weekend and get into a nice rhythm ahead of their two-legged semi-final (opponent TBA).
Brisbane meet the Fury at Gold Coast's Skilled Park tonight in the rescheduled Week 26 fixture and Postecoglou is expecting a good performance from his charges.
"We want to take form into the semi-finals, not limp in," the Roar boss said.
"Nothing's changed for us. We've been all about improvement all season."
But he is well aware that the Fury would love to clinch an unlikely win over their Queensland rivals.
"We can't disrespect the Fury at all. They've had a lot happen to them and would love to get the better of us," Postecoglou added.
