Brighton and Hove Albion winger Jose Izquierdo is still in Colombia.
The attacker is going through rehabilitation after a clean-up procedure on his right knee.
He has not played for a year because of issues with his left knee.
The Colombia international is the only Brighton player who went home during the COVID-19 outbreak.
Head coach Graham Potter told reporters: "He has been away because he had some surgery and he was rehabilitating back there.
"I think he is okay. The medical department and sports science have been keeping in touch with him.
"No problems reported, no symptoms or anything like that and his family are all okay.
"It was a clean-up on his other knee. It's only minor but we took the opportunity to do it when we could, based on expectations as to when he would be back to full fitness."
