Brighton manager Graham Potter has praised Mat Ryan for his performance in Thursday's 1-1 draw with Southampton.
The Socceroo bounced back from copping five against Manchester City over the weekend to make a number of fine saves at St. Mary's.
Potter said: "Maty had a difficult evening against Manchester City and was disappointed.
"But I think he showed the quality of person he is in terms of how he responded and how he helped the team.
"Defensively we put our bodies on the line, great blocks, because we needed to.
"Southampton were really good in the second half.
"In the end it is a really good point for us."
