Brighton fullback Pervis Estupinan is looking forward to working with an old colleague.

The youngster is excited about being reunited with his former teammate Joao Pedro.

Having played at Watford together, Estupinan will have a chance to link up with Pedro next season.

The latter has signed from Watford, after finishing as their top scorer last season.

“I spoke to him when I heard that he had signed for the club and I said 'my friend were are going to be teammates again,'" Estupinan told the club website.

“He was really happy - he can't wait to start training here and playing for us, he has seen us play and seen how well the team has been playing.

“I told him that he will be happy here because there are great people in the dressing room and it's a relaxed atmosphere. I'm thrilled that he's going to be here soon."
