Brighton fullback Martin Montoya has likened manager Graham Potter's style of play to Barcelona.

Montoya has spoken about how the system he played at Barcelona is similar to what Albion are playing now.

He said: “At Barcelona, for example, the system was always playing and then when you lose the ball try to win it back to press to take the ball.

“Here it is the same we are trying to play to get the ball and when we lose the ball we have to press quick five seconds, seven seconds, and ten seconds but we have to do it together."

Montoya added: “I feel good I feel very good in this system.

“I have more licence to go forward which I like to do.

“This is my preference to go forward to attack and I think for me this system is good for me and for the team because we are enjoying it.

“We are playing very well and we are creating many chances to win the games."
