Brighton boss Hughton refusing to invite crisis talks

Brighton & Hove manager Chris Hughton is not getting too worried despite his side's poor run of recent form.

Brighton are currently on a terrible run of 6 matches without a single victory but despite such a woeful return, Hughton has stated that he is not panicking as of yet.

Hughton said: "It's hugely important (not to panic). We lost the first two, then had a good run - it's very difficult to sustain that right through a season and was probably never going to happen.

"But we have got ourselves into this position with some good wins during that time. It's a very challenging division. For as much as you've got to make sure when things went well you kept level headed, the same applies now.

"There are more established, bigger clubs than us that have had similar problems, similar runs, and at this moment we are in better league position than them. We are at a stage where we have to start winning games and scoring goals."
