Brighton boss Roberto de Zerbi admits he's a fan of Watford striker Joao Pedro.

The Seagulls are said to have struck terms with Watford for the Brazilian.

De Zerbi said: "Joao Pedro is a great, great player, but I can't tell you whether he's close to us or not.

"He's certainly a fantastic player...

"We're a really good team, we can improve further but this isn't the right time to talk about the transfer market."
