Brighton boss De Zerbi wants more from Fati: We must move on from Ajax win

Brighton boss Roberto de Zerbi says his players must move on from last night's Europa League win against Ajax.

The Seagulls now meet Fulham on Sunday.

De Zerbi said: "We expect a very tough game [against Fulham] and we have to be ready to play well.

"We want to win the game to keep the high position in the table.

"We can't keep our head in the Ajax game, we have to move on and think about the next challenge - only in this way can we reach a different level.

"I am really happy for the result - 26 October will go down as a historic day for Brighton. But, in a way, we have to change to a new page and think only for the next game."

De Zerbi also sung the praises of Ansu Fati after he scored last night.

"Fati played very well but I think he can improve and play better. His focus is to enjoy [his football] and find the same enthusiasm he had in the first part of his career. Physically he can improve, but he is a special player."
