Liam Bridcutt admits Sunderland were poor for defeat at Norwich City.

The result was a huge blow to their survival chances.

"That is one of the worst performances that we've had since I've been here," Bridcutt said. "We weren't at it.

"We know that we were bad and we know the only positive we can take is we have a game coming up so soon on Wednesday."
