Brescia president Luigi Corioni is ready to make an immediate transfer market splash after winning promotion back to Serie A.
In Corioni's sights is Uruguayan legend Alvaro Recoba.
Gazzetta dello Sport says Corioni wants to bring the former Inter Milan star back to Italy for the new season. Recoba is a free agent after a spell in Greece last term.
Corioni is also set for talks with coach Beppe Iachini about his future.
It's mooted the Brescia supremo is considering dispensing with Iachini and replacing him with sacked West Ham United manager Gianfranco Zola.
