Brescia owner Massimo Cellino is happy seeing Max Allegri revive Juventus this season.
Cellino had Allegri as coach when Cagliari president.
He told La Stampa: "He has great qualities and then he is one of the few corporate coaches: he has never demanded signings or complained about absences, he knows how to do well with the players he has and makes the most of them.
"I am happy that he is doing so well: hold on and I hope they don't rush him, he will complete the reconstruction of the Bianconeri. What if we still talk? When one of us is down, the other is always there: it's important."
Cellino recalled: "He hadn't gone beyond C, but his Sassuolo expressed a proactive and naive style of football, led to construction, very different from the stereotypes of the time. You could sense the influence of Galeone, a great coach, but at the wrong time.
"The team lost, but it played well. I liked how he was on the pitch. And then I followed the training, the working method and the relationship with the group convinced me to ignore the results. And (Maurizio) Zamparini, who had signed him at Palermo, joked by saying that I had done him a favor. Well, I hadn't made a mistake about Allegri!"
