Brescia sporting director Giorgio Perinetti says the key to Inter Milan's Serie A leadership has been the new form of two midfielders.

Perinetti insists the recent form surge of Christian Eriksen and Ivan Perisic has transformed Inter's fortunes.

He told TMW: "Inter recovering the likes of Eriksen and Perisic has completed the circle. In this moment it seems to be the favourite team to win the championship.

"(Antonio) Conte also handled the delicate moment due to the rumors about ownership very well and isolated the team making them concentrate on the field.

"It would be the fifth championship in seven years. But watch out for Juventus' return to the race."
