Brentford striker Donaldson urges Chelsea fans to keep jeering Benitez

Brentford striker Clayton Donaldson hopes Chelsea fans continue booing Rafa Benitez during their FA Cup replay. He believes that if the crowd turn ugly at Stamford Bridge tomorrow, then it will play into the Bees' hands.

He said: "Any club that has fans against the manager is not a good recipe for success.

"Chelsea haven't had the best form at home this year - probably because the fans are a bit irritated with how the club's being run at the moment.

"With the owner, directors and executives there you would have thought they would have taken that into consideration when choosing their manager.

"As a big club, the fans do have a little say and rightly so because they have been brilliant throughout the years.

"And with the Roberto Di Matteo situation, I think their fans are disappointed and rightly so because I would be too.

"Winning the Champions League was a great achievement for their club, so I can understand why their fans are a little bit disappointed.

"It could get nasty if we win. It will definitely be a back-page moment for Brentford but it would be a disaster for Chelsea."
