Premier League minnows Brentford offer up a unique incentive to their players on the field.
The Bees, who are one of the most impressive teams in terms of resource utilisation, have been mid-table since being promoted at the start of last season under coach Thomas Frank.
Defender Ben Mee recently admitted that players receive a bonus for scoring goals from set-pieces.
The Bees scored 16 goals out of the 58 they managed in the Premier League from set pieces.
Mee told Ben Foster's Fozcast podcast: “We have a set-piece bonus, we're big on set-pieces and things like that so hopefully we'll get a few more goals this year.
“If we score from a set-piece within a certain time, at the end of the season the lads will get a bonus."
