Brentford boss Thomas Frank admits he takes inspiration from Everton manager Rafa Benitez.
Asked if Benitez's path from being a youth coach to becoming a manager for some of the biggest clubs in the world inspires him, Frank was adamant.
He replied: "Massive. Rafa is one of the greatest managers we have seen in the world. His CV speaks for itself, it's incredible what he has achieved and what clubs he has trained.
"He is definitely a guy I admire a lot and you can also see that it is possible to take the path that I try myself."
Frank's career started with B93 and Lyngby's youth department before he became youth coach of Denmark.
