Braga take heart from Tottenham's win over Arsenal

Portuguese club Braga believe they understand how to beat Arsenal after watching Saturday's North London derby between the Gunners and Tottenham.

Arsenal were beaten 3-2 by Spurs after holding a two-goal lead at half-time and Brazilian forward Matheus is confident Braga can use that as a key motivating factor in the Champions League tonight.

The 27-year old also feels that the 6-0 thrashing Arsenal handed out in the first group stage meeting is now well behind them.

"I can assure everyone that the match will be very different because we're at home but we need to show it and show our force against Arsenal," he said.

"The 6-0 game is still in our head but that scoreline was not right and now this match is decisive for us. A victory for us takes the Group to the last day.

"We have seen the defeat against Tottenham and that will have damaged Arsenal.

"Arsenal are a big team but we have already defeated Celtic and Sevilla this season so we know we can beat Arsenal.

"Spurs have shown us how we can beat Arsenal. It will be a difficult game but now we believe we can win."
