Brace from Man Utd signing Zaha puts Crystal Palace into Wembley final

Wilfried Zaha has scored a double to put Crystal Palace into the Championship playoff final as they beat Brighton & Hove Albion 2-0 at the Amex Stadium tonight.

The 20-year old winger, who will join Manchester United in the summer, netted in the 69th and 88th minutes as the Eagles won the second leg away from home following last week's 0-0 draw at Selhurst Park to set up a promotion decider with Watford.

Zaha netted with just over 20 minutes remaining when he powerfully headed home Yannick Bolasie's cross from the left before doubling the advantage with two minutes left when he turned in the area and fired home off the crossbar.

Ian Holloway's Palace side will not get set to take on Watford at Wembley on May 27 following their last-gasp victory over Leicester City which came courtesy of a penalty and follow-up save from Manuel Almunia before Troy Deeney fired home on the counter to set up a 3-1 second leg triumph at Vicarage Road for a 3-2 aggregate win.
