Jordon Ibe admits he's not lived up to expectations at Bournemouth.
Former England Under-21 international Ibe had hoped a move to the south coast would accelerate his career further.
But having failed to hold down a regular place in the Cherries first-team, he knows he faces his biggest challenge yet in proving his doubters wrong. He just needs to discover his confidence.
“In training I'm always doing well," Ibe told the Mirror. “In some games I do well, but maybe it's the confidence.
“I suffer with confidence. Not severely, but confidence plays a big part in my game.
“I need to be playing football with a smile on my face. That's mainly it. I'm not doing anything reckless [off the pitch]."
