Bournemouth are eyeing up a permanent deal for Southampton defender Jack Stephens.
The 29-year-old was on loan at the Cherries last season, managing 17 games for the club.
While Stephens was not a regular, The Mail reckons that he is wanted by the club this summer.
Given their relegation to the Championship, Southampton would be happy with a sale.
The club would be able to raise funds for their own transfer plans and to balance the books.
Stephens has been at Southampton since 2011, with his stay also including loan spells at Swindon Town, Middlesbrough, and Coventry City.
