Bournemouth midfielder Dan Gosling aims to use his experience to help them snap their form slump.
The Cherries meet Watford later today.
Gosling told afcb.co.uk: “Being one of the senior players in the dressing room and one of the leaders, you always try to help people and help the younger guys come through.
“When we get out of this sticky patch, hopefully, everyone will learn from it and will realise we don't want to be down here again.
“When I was a young player coming through at Everton and Newcastle, you could see how people dealt with things.
“Although I didn't play that much at Newcastle, we had one great season and the rest we were mid-table and battling every week.
“You see how people deal with different things in different ways and try to take things from that. You add them to your own experiences as well."
