Bournemouth goalkeeper Asmir Begovic is a step away from signing for AC Milan.

Begovic has undergone a medical with AC Milan ahead of a loan move to the Italian giants until the end of the current campaign.

The 32-year-old has not made an appearance for the Cherries all season.

BBC Sport reports the Bosnian's move will soon be confirmed by both clubs - possibly today.

Begovic has slipped down to third choice at the Cherries this season.
