Bournemouth eager to deal in Roma defender Vina

Bournemouth are eager to negotiate a transfer for loanee Matias Vina this summer.

Vina was at the Cherries from AS Roma, while there was a clause in the loan for him to sign permanently.

Per the Daily Echo, Bournemouth do want to secure Vina, but do not want to pay the £12.9 million fee they agreed within the loan deal.

The club are hopeful of negotiating a slightly lower transfer fee with the Italian capital club.

Roma do need to make money through sales due to Financial Fair Play issues.

The capital club, who lost the Europa League final to Sevilla, are currently working to resolve the future of manager Jose Mourinho.
