Bournemouth want to bring QPR boss Harry Redknapp back to Dean Court.

The Daily Star says he is set to be offered a place on the board at Bournemouth if he is axed as boss of QPR.

Redknapp has strong links with the Championship leaders, having played for them from 1972 to 1976 and started his managerial career with the club.

Bournemouth's Russian millionaire co-owner Maxim Denin would be happy to have Redknapp on his board.
