Bournemouth boss Gary O'Neil admits Jack Stephens has had a big influence on their revival.

The Southampton loanee is blocked from facing his parent club tonight.

O'Neil said: "He's had some real good performances.

"He's brought a real good organisation to us at times, been very vocal.

"He's brought a calmness. He's performed very, very well since he's been in.

"But luckily we have almost a fully fit squad that we can replace him with on Thursday."
