Brazil is emerging as an option for Manchester United striker Edinson Cavani.

Off contract in June, Cavani's departure has been announced by caretaker manager Ralf Rangnick.

Turkish transfer expert Ekrem Konur is reporting Botafogo and Corinthians are in contact with the Uruguay international's representatives.

However, Cavani would prefer to remain in Europe next season.

The veteran striker is being linked with a first move to the LaLiga.
