Borussia Dortmund are keen on a loan deal for Manchester United midfielder Shinji Kagawa.
The Sun says BVB are understood to be interested in a temporary rather than permanent deal.
After arriving at Old Trafford in a £12m deal prior to the 2012-2013 season, Kagawa failed to win a regular starting spot in Sir Alex Ferguson's title winning side, and has made only sporadic appearances this term despite United's faltering form.
Kagawa at last showed Red Devils fans flashes of his best form when he starred in United's 4-1 home victory over Aston Villa on Saturday.
