Borussia Dortmund are in talks for Blackburn Rovers target Robert Lewandowski.

Rovers boss Sam Allardyce has confirmed his interest in the Lech Poznan youngster.

Dortmund's director of sport Michael Zorc said the two parties are still some way off agreeing a price.

"We can say that the boy would like to transfer to Borussia Dortmund," Zorc told Sport1 television. "But we are not prepared to fulfil the demands Poznan have made to us."
