Borussia Dortmund coach Lucien Favre is delighted with the first impressions of Emre Can.

The Juventus midfielder has joined BVB on an initial loan.

Favre said of the former Liverpool star: "He hasn't played much so far and will come on bit by bit.

"Yesterday he made a good impression in a very long and intensive training session.

“He has to continue to show up in training. He can play in a chain of three, as a six or even an eight."
