Bordeaux have joined the interest in Barcelona defender Oscar Mingueza.

The La Masia graduate is available from Barca this month and has attracted an approach from Valencia.

Cadena SER says Bordeaux are also in contact, though face an uphill battle in convincing him about a move to France.

Instead, Mingueza favours staying in Spain, so placing VCF in the box seat for his signing.
