Bolton Wanderers midfielder Matt Taylor hopes to build on last season's success.
Taylor's 10 goals made him Wanderers' second top-scorer behind skipper Kevin Davies, and the 27-year-old dead ball specialist is determined not to let his standards drop.
"It's a big challenge trying to match what I did last season," he told The Bolton News.
"I always set myself a target, first and foremost to play games but then adding goals to that as well.
"Expectation levels might have risen slightly from the fans now but to be honest, they have from myself as well.
"This is my sixth season in the Premier League so I would like to think I know a little better what the game is about now. It's just a case of trying to match what I did personally and better what we did collectively. If we can do that, then it will be a good year."
