Bolton Wanderers sent a message to teammate Tamir Cohen in celebrating their second goal against West Bromwich Albion yesterday.
Tamir is back home in Israel at the bedside of his father, former Liverpool star Avi Cohen, as he recovers from a traffic accident.
Speaking about how Wanderers marked Johan Elmander's goal shortly before the final whistle, manager Owen Coyle explained: "The players wanted to show Tamir that their thoughts and prayers are with him and his family at this difficult time.
"We all wish Avi a good recovery."
