Bolton's Fabrice Muamba may struggle to get up for Saturday's clash with eight-placed Newcastle United at Reebok Stadium.
The 22-year old has started every league match for the Trotters this season but a slight groin injury may force him out of the Magpies' visit.
Muamba has formed a strong partnership with Stuart Holden in the centre of midfield for Owen Coyle who will be loathe to lose the England U21 international for the vital fixture.
