Bolton Wanderers have won the race for Swansea City midfielder Darren Pratley.

Pratley is off contract at the Swans next month and had a host of Premier League clubs chasing his signature.

The Daily Mail says Pratley has agreed to join Bolton on a Bosman.

Swansea's Pratley is likely to be on the bench against Reading in the play-off final next week.
