Bolton Wanderers boss Gary Megson is ready to perform a clearout.

The Mirror says Megson is looking to balance the books after going on a signing spree.

Gavin McCann, Danny Shittu and Nicky Hunt could all be on their way out of the Reebok.

McCann will lose his slot with the arrival of Sean Davis, while Shittu is most at risk with Zat Knight's arrival from Aston Villa.

And long-serving Hunt could also be leaving with Sam Ricketts coming in from Hull.
