Bolton Wanderers boss Sammy Lee is delighted with the new signings the club has made so far this summer.

Lee has brought in the likes of Jlloyd Samuel and Gavin McCann from Aston Villa as well as Liverpool's Danny Guthrie on loan. Blerim Dzemaili, who is currently sidelined with a cruciate ligament injury, Gerald Cid and Zoltan Harsanyi are the other new faces in the Wanderers camp.

Lee told the club's website: "I'm looking forward to the players joining the squad and adding the quality that they possess. There's always a natural turnaround and I think it's nice when you bring these new players in that add a fresh impetus. We really are trying to take it on a stage further.

"They have qualities in abundance and will add freshness to our squad."
