Bojan Krkic has expressed his frustration at Stoke City over his lack of minutes.
Manager Mark Hughes put the former Barcelona forward on the bench for seven games in a row in February and March and he has started only three of Stoke's last 12 Premier League matches.
The Daily Mail says Charlie Adam and Peter Crouch were preferred to Bojan at Sunderland as Stoke failed to win for the seventh time in eight games.
Since his return from a cruciate knee ligament injury, Bojan has not had any physical setbacks and he is "surprised and disappointed" at his lack of game time.
