Bournemouth midfielder Jack Wilshere hasn't heard from Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger this season.

The Daily Express says the Gunners loanee hasn't spoken to Wenger since leaving at the end of the summer transfer window.

Wilshere is said to be on good terms with the Frenchman, who wants his player to impress with his new club.

Wilshere and Arsenal will hold talks over a new contract at the end of the season.

He will have 12 months remaining on his current contract by next summer.
