Blackpool midfielder Charlie Adam expects playing in the Premiership to make him a better player.
The Seasiders' skipper capped a fine campaign by scoring a superb free-kick as Blackpool beat Cardiff 3-2 in the play-off final to book their place in the big time.
"Hopefully I will become a better player," Adam told the Daily Star.
"It will be tough because there are some world-class players in there but I'm looking forward to it.
"It's important to think about it now," he added. "It'll be tough but we'll have a smile on our faces."
