Blackpool boss Ian Holloway is on his way to Real Madrid.
The Sun says Holloway wants to spend the week off provided by his side's FA Cup exit to study the methods of Spain's top teams - and Jose Mourinho's Real Madrid are believed to be top of his wish-list.
He said: "If I am modelling myself on anything it's over there.
"I like what they do and how they play and that is why I want to go and see what I can learn.
"I have exchanged a couple of emails with one manager and we'll see if we can make it happen."
