Blackburn Rovers boss Steve Kean has made it clear that Chris Samba is not for sale by stating that the club will not entertain any bids for his services.
The Rovers manager sat down with the towering centre-half yesterday to discuss the situation after Samba handed in a transfer request on Tuesday.
Kean is adamant that Samba will not be sold anytime soon and basically told the player that he has to deal with remaining at Ewood Park.
"It is never nice when somebody hands in a transfer request but hopefully we can now move on.""I spoke with him yesterday and he knows he is not for sale. The day before he handed in a transfer request, that has been refused and we won't welcome any more bids and Chris knows the stance of the club," he said.
