Blackburn Rovers and West Ham United refuse to do business over Djibril Cisse after Panathinaikos demanded £12 million for the Frenchman.

Both Premiership clubs were keen to bring former Liverpool striker Cisse back to the Premiership this summer.

But Cisse would command a transfer fee in the region of £12million and a wage packet in excess of £100,000-a-week.
