Blackburn Rovers have set their asking price for Jason Lowe.
The Express & Star says West Brom are eyeing Lowe for when the transfer window reopens in January.
The 24-year-old is a regular at Rovers, who rate him at £5million.
The former England Under-21 international has two years left on his deal.
